I hate FLEET BANK
so i have a jar of change that i want to turn into real money. but i think, before i go to the bank, i should call to see if they have a machine to count it or if i have to roll it up. so i look in the phone book. oddly enough, their branches don't seem to have phone numbers. just an 800 number that's the same for every branch. ok, i call the number. (1-800-841-4000, if you want to play along at home) it's a bunch of "press one for this, press 2 for this. so i press different options, hoping to get to the "stay on the line to talk to a representative" option...and after trying every option, i find it never comes. so i look around online for another number. this is their customer service page. i call the "set up a new account" number, hoping that to set up an account you have to talk to an actual person. as it turns out, if you keep pressing buttons for "i have another question," for about 5 minutes, you get to talk to someone. the change has to be rolled. thanks guys! i miss u-lane-o.
